Terms of use
1. Who we are
These terms are between you and Lumenyn Ltd, company number 17554200, 50 The Nettlefolds, Hadley, Telford, England, TF1 5PF.
2. Using our apps lawfully
You may only download, save or edit content that you own or have permission to use, and that is legal to download where you live. You are responsible for how you use content. Lumenyn apps don't download from YouTube and don't bypass DRM or other copy protection; don't try to make them.
3. Pro and purchases
Pro subscriptions and purchases are sold through Google Play and follow Google Play's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play. Free trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before they end. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy and your statutory rights.
4. Ads and rewards
Rewards (such as an extra download or a watermark-free export) are only granted after an ad has been watched in full. Rewards have no cash value.
5. Health and wellbeing
Lumenyn Fit is a wellness game. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Its life-expectancy figures are game estimates based on population averages, and its advice is general information, not medical or financial advice. Always talk to your GP, pharmacist or another healthcare professional about your health.
6. Availability
We work to keep the apps reliable but can't promise they'll be error-free or that every site or file will work.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
9. Copyright complaints
If you think a Lumenyn app is being used to infringe your rights, email support@lumenyn.com.
