Delete your data

Lumenyn apps have no accounts, so there is no account to delete. Everything the apps store (downloads, settings, projects, crash logs) is on your phone.

On your phone

In Lumenyn Fit, use Settings › Delete everything. For any Lumenyn app:

1. Open Settings › Apps › the Lumenyn app.
2. Tap Storage › Clear storage, or uninstall the app.

Videos you downloaded or exported stay in your gallery until you delete them there.

Data we hold

If you emailed us or shared a crash log, email support@lumenyn.com with the subject "Delete my data" and we'll delete it within 30 days.

Advertising data

Change your consent in the app's Settings › Privacy options, and reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings › Privacy › Ads.
